Direct Deposit

We have partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to send you any funds owed to you including financial aid refunds, loans, grants, and refunds for dropped classes.

Personal Code for BankMobile

To begin the refund preference process, you will need a personal code. If you haven't received it yet, you can request one through BankMobile or by contacting the Cashier’s Office at 479-788-7060 or emailing Cashier@cellphonejoys.com.

Once you have your personal code, you can use the BankMobile link in the email or the refund link on My.UAFS located under Student Services.

Refund Preferences

There are three refund preferences available through BankMobile:

  • Direct deposit into an existing bank account.
  • Setup a new BankMobile Vibe Checking Account.
  • Refund via check.

Direct deposit typically takes two to three business days to be processed after you select your preference and after your financial aid and/or scholarships are disbursed. Refund checks are processed two to three weeks after your financial aid and/or scholarships are disbursed. If you make no refund preference, the default is to a paper check.  If you choose direct deposit to an existing bank account, you will need to provide your bank’s routing and account numbers.
